Our tier one mining client is seeking experienced Mechanical Maintainers for an exciting 8:6 FIFO opportunity in the Pilbara. Join a safety-focused team working across multiple mine sites on a variety of field service and maintenance tasks. Day shift only with competitive pay, long-term opportunities, and exposure to CAT and Cummins equipment. Ideal for tradespeople with strong fault-finding and auto-electrical experience

About this role

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, fault finding and repairs on diesel-powered equipment and auxiliary systems
  • Maintain and repair CAT and Cummins gensets
  • Service and maintain trailer-mounted pumps including Truflo and Pioneer units
  • Conduct 12/24V electrical fault finding and repairs
  • Complete valve set adjustments and diagnostic testing
  • Work autonomously across field service environments and multiple operational areas
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with site procedures

Is this you?

Qualifications & Experience

  • Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification
  • Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence
  • Forklift Licence
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and components
  • Familiarity with OEM requirements and ADR regulations relating to automotive maintenance
  • Experience with CAT and Cummins engines
